DATA GOVERNANCE & PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: August 21, 2026 • Effective Date: August 21, 2026

Transparency Commitment: Enoent LLC ("OptiSEO", "we", "us") values your privacy and data autonomy. This policy outlines what information we collect, how diagnostic crawl data is processed, our transparent AI model training practices, and your unconditional right to opt out.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three primary categories when you interact with our platform:

  • Account & Identity Data: When registering or logging in via Logto / OIDC, we receive your email address, username, and encrypted authentication tokens.
  • Transaction & Billing Data: Payment card details and transactions are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. under strict PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. Enoent LLC does not store, process, or have access to raw credit card numbers or bank credentials.
  • Public Web Crawl & Diagnostic Data: When you initiate an audit, our automated scraper fetches publicly accessible HTML, meta tags, robots.txt, sitemaps, DNS records, and Core Web Vitals from the target URL you provide.
  • Technical & Log Data: We automatically log standard server metadata including IP addresses, browser user-agents, request timestamps, and system performance metrics for security and rate-limiting purposes.

2. AI Model Training Transparency & Opt-Out Rights

In order to improve our diagnostic algorithms, refine Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) scoring accuracy, and benchmark web ecosystem performance, Enoent LLC engages in continuous AI model fine-tuning.

AI Training Notice: We may utilize anonymized technical SEO scan data, DOM structures, keyword distributions, and generated schema patterns to train, evaluate, and enhance proprietary machine learning models and LLM prompt heuristics.

Your Right to Opt Out: If you or your organization prefer that diagnostic scan data associated with your target domains be strictly excluded from all machine learning and AI model training datasets, you have the unconditional right to opt out at any time.

How to Opt Out: To submit an opt-out request, simply visit our secure contact portal at optiseo.enoent.io/contact, select "AI Model Training Opt-Out Request", and provide your domain or account details. Upon receipt, our systems will flag and purge your audit data from training pipelines.

3. Data Retention & Storage Practices

Diagnostic Reports: Scanned audit reports and generated output bundles are stored in our secure database and filesystem to enable you to review past audits, track performance diffs, and download ZIP / PDF reports.

User Data Control: You can permanently delete individual audit reports at any time directly through your account dashboard (via the top user menu). Deleting a report permanently removes its diagnostic data and screenshots from our active stores.

Account Deletion: If you wish to permanently delete your entire user profile, audit history, and associated tokens, you may submit an erasure request via our contact portal.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted third-party infrastructure providers to deliver our services:

  • Stripe, Inc.: Payment processing, fraud detection, and checkout flows.
  • OpenRouter / AI Inference Providers: Ephemeral inference for generating meta tags, schema markup, and agent prompts. Scraped context sent for inference is subject to provider retention and privacy guidelines.
  • Google PageSpeed Insights API: Mobile and desktop Core Web Vitals performance benchmarking.
  • Logto Cloud: OpenID Connect (OIDC) user authentication and identity management.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We utilize essential session cookies solely for authentication and secure token verification. We do not deploy third-party advertising trackers, cross-site behavioral tracking cookies, or sell personal data to data brokers.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL in transit, encrypted storage at rest, restricted internal access control) to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

7. Privacy Inquiries & Data Rights Requests

For inquiries regarding this Privacy Policy, GDPR/CCPA data subject access requests, or AI training opt-outs, please submit your request through our secure contact portal at optiseo.enoent.io/contact.
